ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS?
Normally on the price that we indicate to you on the quote sent there are no additional costs to add, unless extra services are requested, such as the taking / delivery of the vehicle at home, or the addition of special equipment, such as snow chains , child seats or satellite navigator; we can also offer car delivery services out of office hours and car return in key-box at the railway station by paying an extra to be agreed at the time of booking or before returning the car.
WHAT ARE THE VEHICLE COLLECTION TIMES?
The pick-up times of the vehicles are (MONDAY/FRIDAY 9.00-13.00 / 15.00-19.00 SATURDAY 9.00-13.00), but if desired it is possible to request and agree on different times, to be paid as an extra service.
HOW LONG BEFORE I HAVE TO BOOK A VEHICLE?
During the high season (May-October) we recommend to book the car at least one month in advance, in order not to risk having difficulties in finding available cars.
CAN I RENT WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD?
To rent our cars we require a credit card or debit card, as long as it is linked to a bank account.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO RENT?
The driver must show the following documents at desk: valid driving license and identity card (or passport if live in a country out of European community), international driving license (only if live in a country out of the European community ).
